John Roberson

John Roberson has practiced as a civil litigation attorney for the last 25 years and has specialized in civil appellate law for the last 19 years. He has considerable experience handling complex matters before state appellate courts, including the Texas Supreme Court, and various federal courts, including the United States Supreme Court. He has provided instruction to other lawyers on the subjects of class actions, civil procedure, and evidence. He has been recognized annually as a “Super Lawyer” in Appellate Law by Texas Monthly magazine since 2003.

Born San Saba, Texas, September 26, 1955. Admitted Texas State Bar, 1981; admitted to practice in all Texas trial and appellate courts, admitted to practice before U.S. District Court, Southern, Eastern, and Western US District Courts of Texas, U. S. Court of Appeals, Third, Fifth, Sixth, and Seventh Circuits; U. S. Supreme Court.

Education: Baylor University (B.A., magna cum laude, 1978; J.D. with honors, 1981).
