Tim McCloskey has been a practicing attorney for over 25 years. He has represented clients, as plaintiffs and defendants, in complex litigation in State and Federal Courts, not only across Texas, but throughout the country. He has also handled a number of arbitrations and appeals. He has significant experience in disputes concerning business torts, commercial transactions, officer and director liability, bankruptcy litigation, and significant personal injury claims. In addition he practices extensively in the arbitration process both domestically and internationally.
Born St. Louis, Missouri, October 11, 1962. Admitted Texas State Bar, 1989; admitted to practice in U.S. District Courts, Southern, Northern, and Western U.S. District Courts of Texas, and U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
Education: Texas A & M University (B.S., 1985); South Texas College of Law (J.D., cum laude , 1989). Member South Texas Law Review, President of the Order of the Lytae.
