Carissa Brewster

Carissa Brewster is an associate at MRW focusing on bankruptcy and commercial litigation. Ms. Brewster has experience representing Chapter 7 trustees in adversary proceedings, creditors in Chapter 7 cases, and small businesses in Chapter 11 reorganizations. While in law school, she gained diverse courtroom experience by serving as a student attorney ad litem in the Children’s Rights Clinic for three semesters, interning for the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Western District of Texas for a year, and interning for a personal injury firm for a summer. She was also an Executive Editor of the American Journal of Criminal Law, participated in mock trial, and contributed her time to several pro bono projects.
