John Roberson
John Roberson has practiced as a civil litigation attorney for the last 30 years and has specialized in civil appellate law for the last 20 years. He has considerable experience handling complex matters before state appellate courts, including the Texas Supreme Court, and various federal courts, including the United States Supreme Court. He has provided instruction to other lawyers on the subjects of class actions, civil procedure, and evidence. He has been recognized annually as a “Super Lawyer” in Appellate Law by Texas Monthly magazine since 2003.
