Tim McCloskey has been a practicing attorney for more than 30 years. He has represented clients, as plaintiffs and defendants, in complex litigation in State and Federal Courts, not only across Texas, but throughout the country. He has also handled a number of arbitrations and appeals. He has significant experience in disputes concerning business torts, commercial transactions, officer and director liability, bankruptcy litigation, and significant personal injury claims. In addition, he practices extensively in the arbitration process both domestically and internationally.

Tim thinks creatively and never loses sight of crafting the best case to present to the trier of fact. Tim especially enjoys his time in the courtroom and in front of the jury.

Admitted Texas State Bar, 1989; Admitted to practice in U.S. District Courts, Southern, Northern, and Western U.S. District Courts of Texas, and U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
